Beth (short for Elizabeth) is a Principal Engineer in Cisco's Common Hardware Group (CHG) with a background in electrical interfaces and PCB technology. As a mother of 5 young children, she advocates for finding life balance while still making a meaningful impact in everything one does. She leads many innovation and cross-functional efforts within Cisco and the industry: Leadership in IEEE 802 standards, driving power conversations around sustainability, mentoring local middle school girls in STEM, and leading Cisco's Women's Inventor Network to name a few. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, volunteering, and playing board/card games (Catan is a favorite).
